"The Beauty Within" Art Exhibition

Just In Time For Spring, Charlene Potts's Uplifting Botanical Art Collection Blooms In Naas.

Located in the heart of town and the vibrant Naas community, McAuley Place will host “The Beauty Within”, an exclusive solo exhibition by local artist Charlene Potts. Running from the 2nd of April to the 22nd of April 2025, this inspiring showcase offers a refreshing celebration of spring renewal and empowerment. This new collection of canvas prints, poster prints and original art offers works that are accessible to all. Special for show attendees, there will be a free art print prize draw open during the exhibition, taking place at the end. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet the artist and gain insights into her collection on Saturday, 5th April, 1-3 pm, when the adjacent tea rooms will also be open for lunch and refreshments.

A resident of Naas for over seven years, Charlene Potts is an award-winning American artist who has also exhibited in Dublin, New York City, Kansas City, and Austin, Texas. “The Beauty Within” is inspired by the potential of personal enlightenment and the ability we each have to transcend our current condition, awaken to truth and growth, from bud to blossom. It’s also inspired by the beauty outside- nature, botanicals, and warm, earthy colours. These works are intended to be purposeful as well as serve to beautify living spaces. Guests are invited to explore the art as a transformational guide through their own experiences and personal journeys.

Charlene Potts shares her excitement about the exhibition:

“This is my first exhibition in the Naas area, and I’m very excited to share it with this lovely community! I hope that guests will enjoy the art and take in the experience along with the gorgeous surrounding gardens.”
